The Resilience Project delivers emotionally engaging programs to schools, sports clubs and businesses, providing practical, evidence-based mental health strategies to build resilience and inspire happiness. Through presentations, school curriculum, events and wellbeing resources (such as journals and emotion cards), we share the benefits of Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness and Emotional Literacy, alongside simple ways to embed them in everyday life.

Our school program has been designed by teachers for teachers, and has been evaluated by the University of Melbourne, University of Adelaide and Monash University, with short and long term impacts found in each. The research is clear; the more positive emotion you experience, the more resilient you will be.
